Derech Ami and the Israel Antiquities Authority are proud to present a groundbreaking pedagogical and social initiative that connects the academic world with the national heritage of Israel. As part of the collaboration, students from the organization’s young adult centers across the country take part in a unique scholarship program that includes 140 hours of meaningful learning and action.

The program enables students to deepen their Jewish-Israeli identity hands-on: from community activity at archaeological sites, through educational guiding, to the pedagogical development of heritage content for the general public. Together, we are creating a living, dynamic connection between preserving the treasures of the past and contemporary social involvement, adding tremendous value for the students, for the community and for the story of the Land.
